About Candidate

I am a highly organised, self-motivated and dedicated individual with the skills and experience to succeed working within adult and child education, training and coaching; I also have a solid background working within Special Educational Needs and various disabilities including the Deaf Community, Autism and those with ADHD.

I have a good understanding of British Sign Language and currently hold Level 1 & 2 in BSL and a qualification in safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

I am passionate about education and training and supporting individuals. I am a naturally empathetic and emotionally intelligent person.  I am always keen to get stuck in, learn quickly and efficiently and take on new challenges.

I have excellent communication skills and a confident manner with the ability to adapt my communication style based on the person I am speaking to whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

I am able to implement my time management skills by managing multiple tasks and changing priorities whilst ensuring a high level of accuracy and detail whilst also remaining flexible and adaptable to the changing demands of my learners and using my own initiative.

I have previous experience of working in a customer facing role along and I pride myself on being able to work under pressure within a team environment and on an individual basis.

I am now seeking a new career challenge where I can implement my skills and knowledge in teaching learners to an high standard.

in my spare time I surf and on calmer days SUP to other beaches in the area. I am a strong swimmer and have worked as a RNLI Beach Lifeguard. I currently teach 1:1 SEN(D) swimming lessons and deliver accredited First Aid Qualifications via my approved (Pro Trainings) Training Centre; KMA Training.
