Can I change the collection date of my membership?
For Employers:
Each job package is paid upfront and runs for 45 days. There is no recurring subscription in place for these.
For Candidates:
When you subscribe, your payment will be pro-rated from the day you sign up and all payments will come out on the 1st of each month. The pro-rated payment for subscription will also be taken on the day you subscribe.
You can cancel your subscription any time.
Can I manage my subscription?
To manage your subscription visit your My Account page from your profile menu, then click on the Subscriptions tab.

How do I reset my password?
To manage your password visit your Change Password page from your profile menu.
How do I upload my certificates?
You can upload all of your documents on your CV page. This can be accessed from your profile drop down menu, or by going directly to this link: https://theswimploymentagency.co.uk/my-cv
What do you do with my personal information?

Do you store my card details and is this process secure?
No, we do not store any of your card details on our recruitment website. We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your payment information. When you make a subscription payment on our website, the transaction is processed through Stripe, a highly secure and trusted payment platform.
Stripe handles the entire payment process, and at no point do we have access to or store your card details on our servers. When you enter your payment information, it is directly transmitted to Stripe's secure system using encryption protocols.
